Joan Marie (Grower) Lawlor, 74, of Clinton Street, died at her home on Jan. 1, 2013.
She was born in Newport, N.Y. on Feb. 3, 1938, to the late Millard and Helen (Stave) Grower. She married John G. (Jerry) Lawlor, Sr. on March 13, 1960.    
She was predeceased by her husband and an infant son, James.
She is survived by seven sons: John and Lorri, Holland Patent, Robert and Jacqueline, Myrtle Beach, S.C., Jeffery and Kathleen, Georgetown, S.C., Mark and Wendy, Clinton, Frederick David, N.C., Joseph and Vicky David, Utica, Ronald David, Fort Worth, Texas; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; four brothers and five sisters: Millard and Gert Grower, Ohio, N.Y., Raymond and Alice Grower, Ohio, N.Y.; Gary and Jean Grower, Cold Brook, N.Y., Chuck and Lola Grower, Utah, Janice and Jim (deceased) Nicholas, Ohio, N.Y., Patricia and Bill (deceased) Wares, Newport, Shirley and Mike Skelton, Newport, Dorothy Gillette and Donald Seward, Floyd, N.Y., and Joyce and Jack Steele of Ilion.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30am on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service Inc., 35 College St., Clinton. All are invited to call Saturday from 9:30am – 11:30am prior to the service.
