Hydrofracking draft proposed

Fatal accident on Fountain St.
A pickup truck traveling north on Fountain Street struck a bicyclist heading in the same direction at about 3 p.m. on Saturday. The 74-year-old bicyclist, Catherine Howard-Gilpin, was pronounced dead at the scene. . . . . . . . . . . Click here to download
