Highlights from the October 17 issue




The Davis family, 81 Utica Street, Clinton, pose for a family picture with their newborn daughter Marielle on Oct. 15. Marielle was born on Oct. 7 in the family’s home 90 minutes after returning from the hospital. Marielle was born a healthy seven pounds and 20.5 inches. Highlights from the October 10 issue

Two Clinton alumni, Tim Rand (left) and Matt Gale (right), battle for the ball in the 2012 Clinton Soccer Alumni game on Oct. 6. Around 30 former players showed up and played in the game, which was won 8-2 by the Odd Team (grey shirts). This was the 12th alumni game that has been played in Clinton. Alumni ranging from the class of 1976 to 2012 played in the game.
