Highlights from the January 30 issue

A view of the inside of Nola’s restaurant on West Park Row after the ceiling collapsed on Jan. 23 due to frozen pipes bursting. Along with the ceiling, the walls, floors, and woodwork have to be repaired because of water damage. The owners are hopeful to open again in about a month.
